Do I need to clean up prior to your visit?
Resolutions needs to see the situation as it is. We ask that you not specifically clean up for our first visit as it will not allow us to properly assess the situation.

How do you charge for hands on organizing?
Resolutions charges by the hour. It is hard to estimate an organizing project when there are so many factors involved such as how quickly a client makes a decision, how much work will be done in between appointments and how active the client will be in the project.
